  I visited Dr. Hamdani's office immediately after my graduation commencement ceremony on Weds., August 23, 2017 after having been referred to his office by the emergency room at Alexian Brothers in Elk Grove Village. That day I did not meet with Dr. Hamdani, but consulted with his PA Amanda whom helped schedule my first colonoscopy on Weds., Aug. 30. My procedure was performed as scheduled; however, I moved across country to my home state the following weekend, as my graduate studies had concluded. Dr. Hamdani's office became aware of my anticipated move at my first appointment which is how my procedure came about being squeezed onto the schedule the following week. Someone from his office telephoned me Weds. Sept. 6 to confirm my follow-up appointment to be held the following day. I reminded them I had moved away and was told Dr. Hamdani would telephone me to go over the results of my as-needed biopsy. I have since called his office four additional times (Tues., Sept. 12; Thurs., Sept. 14; Fri., Sept. 15 and today, Sept. 18) to no avail. Dr. Hamdani has failed to return any of my calls as promised by his staff.
